| During the expert / consulting services we deal with the development of the elements of distribution logistics networks. Within this services we determine the ideal horizontal and vertical depot structure in a delivery network, keeping in mind cost-effectiveness and other efficiency considerations. We determine the areas that can be economically supplied from the depots, the amount of necessary vehicle and human resources and develop time strategy for deliveries. | |
