Analysis of distribution networks in logistics
| During the engineering services we deal with the analysis of logistics distribution and delivery tasks. This includes surveying and analyzing transportation routes, reviewing the timing of transportation tasks, analyzing cost structure, and analyzing the operations of depots. During our work we explore the insufficiently efficient process parts, we make proposals for their transformation (service areas, delivery routes, coordination of delivery points, etc.). | |
