| During the R&D service our experts undertake microbiological-hygienic testing of food, feed, water, surface and air samples combined with sampling on demand: detection of pathogenic and indicator species by classic culture and molecular biology methods. We also offer expertise in modelling and optimisation of fermentation processes and the microbiological analysis of samples deriving from them. | |
