Methodological basis and further training of consultants, sales staff
As part of our expert service, we provide methodological trainings of various durations (as required), which can be of great help to consultants, sales staff (eg regional representatives), but also to all employees who come into contact with customers or with market participants. The practical part of the training is held with the aim of enabling the advisors to gain experience through their own experiences in the areas that are essential for effective work. The success of an advisors’s work is greatly influenced by their ability to communicate. Cognition and development of the interpersonal communication level can be ensured by applying the interactive practical training method. The location of the training will be selected by the client /contractor (company). Competencies to be acquired during the training: - use new communication techniques, - actively participate in teamwork, - actively listen to others, - communicate effectively in the workplace, - to use the communication necessary for cooperation. |
