INTRODUCTION OF THE EQUIPMENTS

1. asynchronous motor (ABB, 5,5kW, 400V, 11A, 2915 f/min, 18Nm, )
2. asynchronous servo motor (ABB, 12,3kW, 400V, 33,9A, 3000f/min, 39,2Nm, IP23)
- drive of the machine under test: variable speed drive (ABB ACS 850-04-025A C)
Determination of electrical and mechanical parameters, losses, vibration conditions, heating of electrical machines. Carrying out tests for research purposes.
General test machine groups (8 units) - maximum speed of the brake pad: 8000 f/min
- torque measurement: 1 % accuracy with rotating torque measuring dial
- maximum torque measured: 50 Nm
- testing machine type on all benches: asynchronous servo motor with external fan (ABB, 9kW, 400v, 24,3A, 3000f/sec, 28,6Nm, IP23)
- drive for test and test side: frequency converter with regenerative power supply (ABB ACS 850-04-025A C)
