General presentation of the Competence Centre

Digital Development Centre (DDC) is one of the newest organization unit at Széchenyi István University.  It starts its operation within the framework of the project and will operate as an integrated competence centre for general digitalization and 5G development projects. The DDC focuses on digital transformation and 5G technology in R&D and education as well. These development focus fields include measurement technologies and techniques, data security, healthcare, industry 4.0, mobility and agriculture.

Building on the university’s telecommunications and IT knowledge base, the Centre aims to integrate digitization and 5G networks with experts and ICT companies, and promote its interdisciplinary industrial diffusion, use-cases and socialization.

Main activities of the Competence Centre
